Part 2: Nutrition & Habit Building (30 minutes)
Assess your current eating habits and receive practical support, including a grocery list, simple recipes, and actionable steps to build sustainable long term nutrition habits.

Part 3: 3 Month Program (30 minutes)
Receive a customized 3 month workout program through the TrueCoach app, which may include step targets, preferred activities, and a personalized gym or home workout program.

It builds on the foundational skills learned in Intro, with a greater emphasis on strength training and increased intensity. We also host a nutrition call where you can ask questions and receive support on building sustainable habits and lasting behavior change.
