Is there a wait list if the class is full?
- Yes! Please email info@womenwholift.ca to be put on the waitlist as we have limited spots for our programs.
Is this class suitable if I've never worked out?
- Absolutely! In our Intro Programs we cater to beginners and everyone goes at their own pace.
Can I join this class if I have an injury?
- We will make sure to accommodate any injuries and find a suitable substitution. Getting strong is important especially if you have an injury!
What options do I have after I finish this program?
- We offer other 8 week programs that are not advertised for anyone who has completed the Intro Program. We also offer programming to help you stay consistent on your own if you still need some support!
Will I see results in 8 weeks?
- We often get asked this question! And it depends on if you apply what you learn in the class outside of the classes as well. The more effort you put in, the more results you may see!
If I miss a class can I make it up?
- Unfortunately, we cannot do make up classes as it would be difficult to accommodate everyone who may miss a class. But you will always be sent anything you miss in class!
Once the programs start, there are no refunds as we have limited spots and you have reserved a spot from someone else who could have signed up!
