Don’t want to do it alone? Join one of our (in gym) 8-week group programs and learn the basics of lifting with a small group of other women all aimed at the same goal.
Looking to take your fitness training even further? Work one-on-one with personal trainer Maida Comic where a personalized workout & nutrition plan is tailored to your specific goals.

Maida Comic developed a passion to inspire other women to tap into their unknown potential through fitness. Throughout her 8 year training career, she has trained multiple clients focusing on their strength, confidence and mindset.
