Women Who Lift Intermediate is a continuous class offered to those who completed the Intro Class. This class focuses on building on the skills learned from the Intro and the focus shifts a bit more to strengthening and increased intensity. We continue to focus on form and technique along with a few new exercises as well!
2 classes per week for 8 Weeks 60 minute classes + additional self warm up time True Coach app access (optional) Build on technique - focus on strengthening

Intro to Women Who Lift is an in gym 8-week program aimed to equip women with the tools on proper fitness concepts and safe weight training practices. The focus of this program is to build a foundation of weight training and healthy habits.

Online Coaching offers an easily accessible way to stay accountable with a coach and have a monthly plan to follow. Updates with your coach allow two way communication on the best approach to reach your goals and includes the following:
Initial Consult video call Weekly video call check Ins (4x) On going support Monthly workout plan & adjustments Weekly nutrition guidance Goal setting and Mindset coaching Habit and educational approach to fitness
*All check ins must be completely within the month.
