2. Set a first meeting (45 minutes)
Discuss current habits, what habits to adjust, and create a strategy to follow for 2 weeks
(Discuss grocery list, recipes, steps for long term habit changes)
3. Follow up call (45 min)
What is working, what isn’t working and make adjustments.
