  • 100g Greek yogurt (or any yogurt, skyr, or alternative)
  • 1/2 scoop to 1 full scoop of protein powder of choice (adjust based on desired consistency)
    *I use Beyond Yourself Vegan Vanilla Cupcake Protein Powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons of chocolate chips (or topping of choice)

 Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and protein powder until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips or your preferred topping.
  • Enjoy your protein-packed cookie dough straight from the bowl!

  • 2 tablespoons of milk (adjust as needed)

Instructions:

  • Add the egg and milk, stirring until the batter is smooth.
  • Microwave for 2 minutes. Check the consistency and microwave for additional time if needed.
